The short answer

The pint families are not interchangeable. NC299 and NC300-series machines use 16 oz pints; NC500-series Deluxe machines use 24 oz Deluxe pints; NC701 uses its own Scoop & Swirl accessory family.

01

Find the model label first

Turn the machine over and read the SKU on its underside label. Color suffixes can look important, but the core series number—NC300, NC500 or NC700—is the compatibility signal to start with.

02

Why listings create confusion

Marketplace titles often say only ‘for Ninja CREAMi.’ That is not specific enough. A reliable listing should name your exact series and state the pint capacity. If the series is missing, treat the fit as unverified.

03

Our research boundary

This guide compares current US manufacturer records. It does not claim hands-on fit testing, and it does not assume that an unlisted third-party part fits because it looks similar.
