Shipping options, charges and estimated transit times are confirmed for each order. Dispatch timing depends on availability or completion of agreed customisation. No fixed international transit time is promised before a route is selected.

Provide the destination country and, optionally, a city or postal code for an initial freight estimate. Import duties, taxes, clearance responsibilities, packing and agreed trade terms will be specified in the written quotation.

Inspection, consolidation and shipment tracking are arranged to the agreed order scope. If an order is damaged or incorrect, contact the sales desk with the order reference and relevant photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
